ABOUT AOYIDA
Brake actuation, made since 1995.
AOYIDA (奥毅达) is the product brand of AODA Machinery, the Wenling manufacturer registered as Wenlingshi AODA Machinery Co., Ltd. (温岭市奥达机械有限公司). Brake components have been our only business since 1995; the present company was registered in 2003 when production moved to the current Wenling site. Since then the focus has not changed: brake boosters, hydraulic boosters, master cylinders and clutch-assist components for global aftermarket programs.
THE FACTORY AND THE BRAND
Our own production line
AOYIDA (奥毅达) is the name on the box; AODA Machinery (奥达机械有限公司) is the Wenling factory that builds what's inside. On the parts we make there is no trading layer in between — the same team that develops, matches and packs them is the one that quotes them.
AOYIDA is also the export side. When an order needs other automotive parts we do not build ourselves, we can buy them in, consolidate them with your own parts and ship one container under one contract and one set of export documents.

The plant

The Wenling manufacturing base
Founded in 2003, AODA Machinery operates from Zhukeng Industry Zone in Wenling, Zhejiang, close to the Yuhuan automotive-parts cluster. Its public company profile records a manufacturing base of more than 12,000 square metres.
The accumulated product range exceeds 1,000 models across Japanese, Korean, European and American vehicle programs, supported by direct factory communication for global buyers.

View public report ↗One sourcing system across four product families
AOYIDA organizes global catalog records, a North America Buyers Guide and direct factory review into one product workflow.
Four product families
Product family, reference identity and vehicle application stay separate so similar-looking parts are not treated as interchangeable.
Vacuum boosters
Brake-assist units organized by application and reference number.
Brake master cylinders
Master-cylinder programs reviewed against vehicle and number evidence.
Hydraulic boosters
Hydraulic brake-assist products kept distinct from vacuum systems.
Clutch boosters
A separate product family for clutch-assist sourcing.
Bench testing before packing
Not a leak check alone. Each unit runs a four-stage characteristic test — idle seal, seal below the boost point, seal above the boost point, and the full input-to-output force curve. The tester judges pass or fail against preset limits and saves the result with the product code and a timestamp.

Vacuum booster test station. Wenling plant. Every unit off the line is fixtured and run — no bench sampling.

Master cylinder seal test. Dedicated bench, hand-loaded, unit by unit.
MASTER CYLINDERS
The same discipline on the cylinder line
Master cylinder bodies are pressure- and vacuum-sealed on a dedicated bench. The leak threshold is preset on the station controller, the live reading is displayed against it, and every unit is loaded and judged one at a time.
Test parameters, acceptance limits and work instructions are controlled documents. We share them under a signed quality agreement, not on a public page.
Contract manufacturing
A large share of this factory's output ships under customer brands rather than our own. Programs are accepted on all four lines, and can open from a sample, a purchase link, or a part number — drawings are welcome but not a prerequisite.
- 01
Sample, link or part number
Send a physical sample, a purchase link we buy from ourselves, or the part number alone. If you hold 2D/3D drawings, we work from those instead.
- 02
Reverse engineering and drawings
The sample is measured here and the drawings are produced in-house. No engineering resource is required on the customer side.
- 03
First article before tooling
A first article sample is submitted for customer approval. Tooling is cut after approval, not before.
- 04
Customer part number and packaging
Customer part number, label artwork and carton — or neutral packaging. Produced on the same line and to the same process controls as our own brand.
Buying in the rest of your order
AODA Machinery builds the brake actuation parts. AOYIDA is the export side, so when an order needs other automotive parts we do not build, we buy them in against your list, load them in the same container as our own parts, and ship under one contract.
- What we source
- Automotive parts only. Other categories are outside what this factory takes on.
- Export documents
- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin — one set covering the sourced parts and ours.
- Incoming inspection
- Sampling inspection against the standard you set.

TECHNICAL INSIGHTS
Practical notes for brake-component buyers.
The useful details buyers need before fitment review, sampling and quotation.
Start with the number on the part — not the filename
OE, factory and catalog reference numbers serve different purposes. A useful search keeps those identities separate, then checks the vehicle application.
Vacuum booster, hydraulic booster or master cylinder?
Separate the product family before comparing references. Similar-looking parts can belong to different brake systems and vehicle programs.
What to send for a faster sourcing review
Include the known reference number, vehicle year/make/model, estimated quantity, target market and any drawing or sample photo available.
CONTACT AOYIDA

Use the RFQ form for product sourcing. For general company or factory questions, contact AOYIDA directly.
PRODUCT SOURCING
Vehicle, number or sourcing list
Send the evidence already available. The factory team will use it to start the application and quotation review.
- Vehicle details and known reference numbers
- Target market and estimated quantity
- Drawing or sample photo, when available
AFTER YOU SUBMIT THE RFQ
- We identify the numberOE, aftermarket, Cardone or factory reference — each behaves differently in a cross-check.
- We confirm the applicationChecked against 13,767 fitment records before anything is quoted.
- You get a quotation, not a catalogueWith packaging and delivery terms stated, from the team that builds the part.
Common questions
How do I get a quotation?
Send the reference number (OE, Cardone, aftermarket or AOYIDA factory number) or the vehicle year, make and model, plus your estimated quantity and target market. The factory team confirms the application and replies with a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed per part number with the factory when you request a quote — it depends on tooling, stock and line changeover. Mixed-container (consolidated) orders are welcome, so several part numbers can share one shipment.
Can you cross-reference OE and Cardone numbers?
Yes. The online catalog indexes OE references and 128 Cardone interchange numbers, and the factory verifies the exact fit before quoting.
A product has no photo online — can I still buy it?
Yes. Records marked "Photo on request" are in the factory program; ask for photos in your inquiry and the team will send them with the quotation.
Where does AOYIDA ship from?
Products ship from the AODA Machinery plant in Wenling, Zhejiang, China. Port, packaging and delivery terms are confirmed per order.
Can you buy in other parts for the same order?
Yes. AODA Machinery builds the brake actuation parts; AOYIDA handles the export side, so other automotive parts on your list can be bought in, consolidated with the parts we make and shipped in one container under one contract and one set of export documents. Send the list together with your RFQ.
All three are based at the Wenling factory and handle quotations across every product line. Card labels show their usual focus, not a sales restriction.
