Inspection points of clutch booster

Static characteristics
1. Boost characteristics: according to the characteristic curve requirements of different specifications and models of products, test on the electrical test;
2. Follow up balance: according to different input oil pressure, the output force can keep synchronous and stable at the corresponding value.
Dynamic characteristics
1. Turn on the switch of control port for many times to ensure that the movement of push rod, piston and other moving parts is sensitive, and there is no blocking or blocking;
2. The exhaust port exhausts smoothly.
Sealing performance
1. Non operating state (when not pushing)
a. Fill the input port with rated working pressure, brush and inspect the valve body, all access parts and exhaust ports, and observe the pressure drop of the meter at the same time;
b. Disconnect the air inlet at the input port, fill the control port with 4MPa working oil pressure (if the air intake detection, charge the high pressure of no less than 1.2MPa), brush the valve body, all access parts and exhaust ports, and observe the pressure drop of the meter at the same time.
2. Operation status (boost time):
The input port is filled with rated working pressure, the control port is filled with oil pressure or high-pressure gas, the push rod is pushed out (the front end maintains the load), the valve body, each access part and air port are brush checked, and the pressure drop of the meter is observed at the same time.
