1. The gasket of relay valve expands.
2. The oil pipe leading to the control valve is blocked, and the oil pressure cannot push the relay valve.
3. The stroke of diaphragm mandrel is insufficient.
4. The seal ring of hydraulic cylinder expands.
5. The piston seal ring of power cylinder is swollen or rusted, and the compressed air can not push it.
6. The oil seal at the front of the power cylinder piston leaks, which fills the front chamber with hydraulic oil, resulting in reverse thrust, which makes the power cylinder piston unable to move.
The above 1, 2 and 3 are all factors in the gas path, and the influence is that the gas path cannot be opened. 4. 5 and 6 are the factors in the oil circuit, which may lead to insufficient force increase in the oil circuit, or failure to deliver liquid pressure and gas pressure. At this time, the oil and gas lines should be inspected separately. When the air intake and exhaust are smooth, the oil circuit should be mainly inspected.
The phenomenon that the booster does not return to its original position is that the clutch pedal feels powerful when it is depressed, but there is no exhaust after it is released, and the clutch slips. The specific factors are as follows:
1. Power cylinder seal ring, relay valve gasket, hydraulic piston seal ring cylinder. When you step on the plate, it can move to a certain place. When it is loosened, it can not return to its original position because of expansion, so that the clutch is in a semi independent or slip state.
2. The diaphragm travel is too long, so that the air circuit can not be opened all the time.
The serious phenomenon of outgassing is to step on the clutch pedal, and the compressed air will be discharged from the exhaust hole, which will not play an afterburner role. The specific factors are as follows:
1. The seal between the mushroom valve and the diaphragm mandrel is poor, and the compressed air enters the left side of the diaphragm from the hole in the middle of the mandrel and is discharged from the exhaust hole.
2. The relay valve is damaged.
